Email contact@dibsondata.com. Include your account email, the page or listing involved, and a short description of what happened. For a technical problem, the time and any visible error message help.
Do not include passwords, sign-in links, payment-card details, source datasets or sensitive records. Screenshots should hide information we do not need. This is an email support channel, not live chat.
Accounts and listings
Use email sign-in for your account. A sign-in link works once and expires after 10 minutes. If delivery is unavailable, the sign-in page will say so; you can still prepare a draft on your own device.
Review, edit or unpublish your submissions in Your listings. Edits may return a listing to review. To report misleading information or a rights concern, include the listing title or URL and explain your connection to the issue.
Membership and billing
Your membership page shows access and billing options. If billing management is available, use it to cancel renewal or manage payment details. For a charge or refund question, include the account email and invoice reference, not your card number. Read the cancellation terms.
Buyer approval and paid membership are both required for catalogue access. A seller account does not unlock the catalogue. Samples and dataset deals are arranged with the seller directly.
Privacy and account requests
For an information-access, correction or deletion request, write from your account email and tell us what you want to change or obtain. Unpublishing a listing hides it from discovery; it does not delete the stored record or cancel billing. See how we handle your information.
